Per Diem RNs - Apply Here!
Per Diem (also referred to as PRN) means "as needed" or literally "per day." What this means at DaVita is you are not scheduled for a regular shift, but you are interested in being called to pick up shifts when we have extra needs. This might happen when one of our regular staff takes a day off or maybe when we have more patients than usually scheduled and need an extra hand. The Per Diem roles all require at least one (1) year of previous dialysis experience because there is no training available. This position would come in and hit the ground running so to speak.
