Education is a Priority in Our Village!
All of our teammates serve a vital role in our village, and to this end, we offer multiple programs to current teammates in the way of education and tuition reimbursement.
Tuition Reimbursement
Up to $3,000 per academic year for tuition and books, for classes targeting promotable DaVita skills
Teammates must remain employed with DaVita for one year after class completion
Certification Exam Reimbursement
Reimbursement for a pre-exam course, the exam cost, and exam renewals (if required by DaVita)
RN Scholarship Program
For current teammates seeking a career in nursing. Work for DaVita while attending nursing school full-time

Reimbursement up to $5,000 of tuition and books per academic year

Teammates must remain employed with DaVita for two years after passing RN Boards
RN New Graduate Program

For current teammates who are recent nursing school graduates (within last 24 months), have passed the RN Boards and completed 6 months of employment with DaVita

Reimbursement up to $5,000 of tuition, some fees, and books per academic year completed within the nursing school program (maximum of 3 years for BSN, 2 years for ADN)

Teammates must commit to remaining employed with DaVita for two years after receiving program monies
Next Generation Nephrology Nurse – Novice Nurse Orientation Program

Clinical Preceptors and Nurse Mentors are utilized to support the GN through their first year

12 lesson plans implemented by Clinical Services Specialists with 70% hands-on learning

Seven GN workbooks focused on critical thinking, practical problem solving, and delegation and interaction skills
